What a great week to be missionary for the Lord!!

Also a PSA to all my missionary amigos imma have to leave all your Google photo albums so if I I leave it, don't think I hate you lol😭!! Just followin rules🫡

Let me get started y'all what a lit week of sharing the gospel!! Found out the ward that I am in, the youth actually hate me. They threw water balloons at me and btw I was wearing a white skirt😑 jk They don't hate me, but funny story the Bishop invited us to mission prep to teach these kids some doctrine. He then tells us to follow him to the park cause that's where we will be teaching. So we are just following him and I'm looking at everything around me but all of the sudden a water balloon is thrown at bishop and he ducks and hits me.  So now I'm soaked and cold!😣 But it's fine cause I grabbed one and threw it right back at her 😁! Let's just say I think these youth love me 😬😁🤪

We had zone conference on Tuesday which was so inspiring like always!! But at this Zone conference I was shaking in my Docs. 😬😱 cause for zone conferences they randomly choose companionships to do a role play in front of all the missionaries teaching one of the lessons. Don't get me wrong, I know the lessons, but that is frightening to teach in front of missionaries!! Put me in front of members, or non members, or even youth, and I can do it just not in front of pres and a bunch of missionaries that actually know what your suppose to say! But I had to prepare this time cause my new comp gets chosen every zone conference and she's known for it. So I'm studying principles and grinding at night 🤓📖 to be prepared!! This is how I know God loves me! President is calling up companionships and they are doing restoration and the gospel of Jesus Christ, and I'm panicking knowing I was going to have to do Plan of Salvation😱💀!! Then just like that, we don't get called.  My companion looks at me in utter disbelief. "She couldn't believe her eyes if "10 millions fireflies" but I will now be forever grateful to my Heavenly Father that loves and protects me cause that was a miracle for sure! 🙌 Now only like 12 left so continue to pray for Sister Kimball to not get picked!!

This is a crazy story!! On Wednesday me and my comp are tracting you know per usual.💁‍♀️ it's like pouring rain, but it's fine cause I got my pink umbrella. 🙌 We are hoping people will see us in the rain and be like "yeah ofc you can share a message, it must be that important if y'all are knocking on doors in the rain." But no, that did not happen lol. We were about to head to the car and then a car pulled up and rolled down the window. It was the people from the house that we knocked on like 20 minutes prior and they apologized and invited us to come back to their house and talk to them! First of all, no need to apologize because all they said was no we are good and shut the door, and we have seen wayyyyyyy worse lol!! Second of all, me and my comp were so pumped we were talking about what we should say when we get there!! We get there, and they had us sit on the couch. Turns out they love members of the church because they kept saying how we are always so nice and just want to help. So keep up the good work y'all!!

This conversation then took a turn of him asking us all these questions but not letting us talk and he's digging in deep to like historical stuff. And I'm like staring off in the distance cause I'm lost about what this man was saying. He then gets up and grabs a Book of Momon that he already has, and it had markings in it. Then he starts going off about "Joseph Smith...... Holy Ghost confirming truth..... blah blah." And I was done, I'm like bro your aren't even letting us talk. 

The whole day before at Zone Conf we talked about testifying of the BOM strongly! So that's what we did, me and Sis Arnold bore a powerful testimony of the truth of the BOM! It was such a spiritual lesson🙌 This man is prob not gonna join the church, but I know for a fact we left an impression on him!!

MONIQUE HAS ENTERED THE WATERS OF BAPTISM!!🚨 Ok what a wonderful week to be a missionary. I know what y'all are thinking, not a big deal but for all y'all foreign missionaries we can't all have 20 people at church each week. jk Love y'all 🫶😬 What I love about Monique's story is that I was there from the beginning when we started teaching all the lessons and saw her fall in love with the gospel!! I got permission to go to the baptism since I was yanked out of Eagle Point so that means I had to leave all the work to my bestie Sister Wilkins lol!! But girl popped off and the baptism was awesome!! It was sooo spiritual and I'm not gonna lie, I balled like a baby when Monique or i guess now Sister Davis, bore her testimony!! Seeing the gospel change lives is something I will never forget!!  Also I got to see my fav little girl BAILEY!!! She entered the chapel and I could hear her say "is that Sister Kimball?" Literally love her!!! 

After that amazing experience I got to have dinner with da Boyer again!! Sister Boyer drove all the way from Fountain to eat at some random Chilles with us!! I love Sister Boyer and she's moving to Tennessee, but me and Sister Simmons (my old comp from years ago) are planning a trip to Memphis!! 🤠

We had a zone call this week and the STLs and ZLs asked me to give a spiritual thought and I was so happy to say yes.😑😭 The spiritual thought was about obedience which is so interesting they asked me to do it. I'm not saying I'm disobedient but I'm not like exact obedience if that makes sense. But I was grinding and studying about obedience!! There's this quote that so good and it says "Selective obedience brings selective blessings" which is so facts. So I popped off to these fellow missionaries and gave the sermon of the century, and inspired thousands to do better! But I was thinking oh I can't be a hypocrite, so this whole week I have been trying to be exactly obedient which failed when I ran a stop sign, cause no cop no stop jk mom😁 But it's been hard but it's the fact that Heavenly Father doesn't expect us to be perfect but he expects effort!! So put an effort in!!
