Last P-day was chill, these senior missionaries in our zone wanted to feed us... so free lunch!! 🙌 They then introduced this game to us called sticks where you have to run around and try and grab the stick before it falls.  It sounds stupid, but it was pretty fun, but it was definitely rigged cause I didn't win, but it's fine ig!😒  I introduced the game "Sister Kimball Mafia" to the district!! It's just Mafia but I changed the characters so they apply to the mission haha. It was pretty funny! It's a had to been there type tho!! 

After, Sis J and I went to my mom's fav store haha, 5 and Below😇🌟🤩!! We had to get some goodies for Sister Piutau, she's in our district and she's turning 20. So we got her a basket full of stuff! I was walking down the isle though, and I found this small cute piñata 🥹 so we had to get it. While we were at the self checkout area and the lady went to grab another piñata, the same one to help us scan it. A few days past and we were getting her stuff ready to give to the B-day girl 🥳 and we realized we had two piñatas. We don't know how that happened! All we know is that we wanted one, and now we had two, and we had no idea if we paid for it.  So me and Sis J are those type of  missionaries the ones who steal piñatas! 😱

We had zone conference and y'all it was crazy!! We showed up an we headed to the gym for the group Pic. GUYS BYU reunion!!! Jane Putnam aka Putna is officially a Colorado Springs missionary and we go way back to summer of last year, so that's pretty sick!! Literally, so crazy to see someone from college in my mission!!🤯 I gave her the deets don't worry!!  So we had a bunch of missionaries just come in, about 26, including Sister Putnam! I guess President didn't want to scare the new people with the randomized role play so he gave us a pass so only 7 more of me possibly getting picked, so fingers crossed I don't get picked 7 more times!! 🤞🙏🥺

Y'all! I'm surprised Sis J and I aren't like 500 pounds yet! We have eaten so many cookies! Like every time we talk to someone this week they are like, "We made some cookies, do y'all want some??" I mean answers to prayers, but they have taken a toll on us haha!! We have been running in the morning to work it off, and it's a killer! "She's a runner she's a trackstar" 🏃‍♀️💨

We went back to the retirement home and my girl Diane was suppose to meet with us! And ofc the TV was blasting again, playing whatever political news it can find. We called her, and we can literally hear the phone ringing from outside. She said if we can't get a hold of her to walk in, so I checked and the door was unlocked, and there she was, back facing us at the table watching the TV. And I said, "Diane." and she could not hear us, and we just could not get her attention. I didn't wanna scare her cause she forgets we come over on Fridays. 👵😱 I literally did not want to give her a heart attack, so we decided to try another time! 💝

Since we were there, we decided to vist another member there. And little did we know, we were in for a whole concert. I'mma paint y'all a picture. Sister Peck is 81 years-old, and she used to ride motorcycles all the time. Now she paints, sings, plays the violin, piano and crochets. This girl can do it all!💁‍♀️ She has this piano and I threw Sis J under the bus 🚍🚶‍♀️ and mentioned that she plays the piano, and I knew Sister peck would make her play. So she begged Sis J to play for her, and so she did. It gave Beth from Little Women vibes, ifykyk. Well Sister Peck wanted to show off some of her skills! And dang girl, can hit them keys. She's good! "Wow she's really good" 🎹🤘👩‍🎤 Best concert for sure!! 

Y'all this is crazy!! We prayed about tracting and went to this sketchy apartment building and we got out and the door to get in was locked. Luckily, there's was a key pad. So I just guessed for fun, and we got in. It was crazy cool! You could say, I'm one with Christ💁‍♀️😇🙌 Well, we knocked os this one door, and got to talk to Trish!! Trish is awesome. I was like, "Could we come back Saturday?" She thought I was meaning tomorrow, cause she was like, "I mean it's my birthday but sure!!" Like isn't that crazy! So we put the other piñata to use!! 🙌 We taught that resto' and it went awesome!!

I wanted to shout out my cute sister Collins! For those who don't know, I'm number 4 of 9 children.  I love each and everyone of my siblings! But I wanted to talk about Collins today, but I also want Capri to know that I love her, and miss her, so don't get jelly I'm taking about Collins!! But my spiritual 10 year-old sis sent me a Book of Mormon, like a month ago 😇🙏 and it was so cute and painted. I already have like 6 Book of Mormons, so the other day I went to this baptism for this 9 year-old girl Keilani, who was getting baptized. She's never had her own BOM! So I was able to give it to her, and tell her how a 10 year-old girl back in Texas made this for her, and it made her feel so special! She came to church yesterday and showed everyone her BOM that she loves so much!! She will never forget cause the inside it's says Artwork: Collins M. Kimball (age 10) and she says she will forever be grateful!! Future Sister Kimball in 9 years!! 😱😇🙌

The other day I was able to witness a right place and right time moment! We were in the car at the park having a zoom lesson, when this girl parks her car and gets out of and sits on the car. I'm like staring her down, and I could tell something was off.  So I rolled down my window, and complimented her earrings and asked if she was ok.  She started to cry and so I comforted her and got out, and she is going through it. So I told her about the Book of Mormon and how much God loves her.  It was such a cool experience. She told me how she never parks here and usually, and is in the other parking lot, but tonight that parking lot was full. I told her how this was not a coincidence and that God wanted her to be here. It was awesome!! We gave her a BOM!! Just know that God loves you, and is very aware of you!! He knows what y'all are going through and he cares!!

Love y'all! Go to the lake for Labor Day for me! 🏄‍♀️🙌
