We had transfers this week, and I'm now in my 6th transfer, which is crazy lol!! Y'all, the Lord answers prayers because I'm in Cottonwood Creek for a 3rd transfer, so praise the Lord because I'm so stoked!! I love Cottonwood Creek so much!! I would have literally balled my eyes out if they transferred me. I'm dead serious!! I'm also staying with my companion, Sister Johnson (aka sis J) she is so hyped to be with me for another transfer! We literally get along, so great. She's cool ig!! Haha, jk!! We got a 5 dollar disco ball, so now it's a party!! "Enjoy it! It's feels like a party every day!" (Iykyk) I'm so shocked when it came for transfer news cause y'all D4 (my district) is literally not changing at all. We are losing two elders and one is just going home cause he finished his mish! So we got this one new elder, and that's it, which is insane and out of the norm for President Kotter!! I literally thought I was a goner for sure!

On Sunday, they asked if anyone in the audience would like to join the choir. I'm singing today because the choir has like three people in it!! So I saw an invitation and I joined the choir and I did not know the song, but it was so fun!! You already know I'mma get a solo next time!! Hopefully, it's Silent Night!🤞🙏
We had a dinner appointment on Wednesday with this older couple who are from Mexico!! The lady is very fluent in English and Spanish but the man is not. He only speaks Spanish!! Me and my comp thought it would be cool if we grab out our Libro de Mormóns from the shelves and practice reading the verses we wanted to share in Español cause we wanted him to feel included in the conversation! The time came when we asked if we could share a message, and I was able to read Alma 37:37 in Español and the man's face just lit up. It was so amazing!! Even though me and Sis J or ig it would be Hermana J, we definitely butchered our verses, it made him feel included. His wife was so grateful that she gave us some home made corn tortillas to take home! So we are gonna eat those up!! God doesn't expect perfection, he expects effort!!
Y'all, we have the most elect friend! Her name is Destiny, and I mentioned her a little last week, but she is amazing!! We met with her in person on Tuesday, and she is so ready for the waters of baptism! We got there and she doesn't have chairs for us to sit on so she grabbed a camping chair out, and then a storage container with a blanket on it, and then a upside down flower pot for us and our member to sit on. It was so sweet!!🥹 Well, we sit down, and she whips out her BOM right away, and it is posted up like sticky notes everywhere . She was like I have some questions, and we were like, ok shoot!! She goes on to ask how big a multitude is, and then what the Nephite apostles' names are, and if Lehi had daughters... like all these crazy questions!! She is just amazing, and I'm so excited for her!! Please keep Destiny in y'all's prayers to see that this church is the true church! Cause right now, it's a hold up if all churches are God's church cause they teach about God. So we are trying to help her understand the difference between our church and other churches!! I shared the first vision with her, and she was like man, I just got chills like y'all she's amazing!!

According to Sis J, I'm having crazy dreams at night!! She caught me saying the missionary purpose in my sleep! When she told me this, I was dead💀 guess I'm just preaching the gospel day and night! MVM right here 💁♀️
Sis J and I were driving and we're in this fake argument but she gets out of the car to back me into the parking spot and I said jokingly "I'm not backing in 'till you say your sorry." Then from the other side of the fence all we hear is this random man say, "Girl just say your sorry!" It had me and Sis J dying, hahaha then he says, "What about worldpeace!" I was cracking up! Man, I love Colorado! 💅🍃😶🌫️
Y'all Colorado is ready for fall. Literally every door we knock on has Halloween decorations or fall decorations! We were leaving this house after sharing a scripture, and a lady yelled back at us after I said God bless you, she says, "Happy halloween! I mean, way to be in the halloween spirit. It got me missing watching Halloweentown with my little sisters! 😢 But if y'all need a fall or foliage movies, my brother Clay got y'all! Haha!
Y'all, Sunday Sis J and I show up for our weekly ward coordination, where we just give our ward mission leader and other people an update on our friends! We show up, and usually, we are like the last ones there, but this time, it was just us. We waited for about 10 minutes, and it turns out someone must oif canceled the missionary meeting without telling the missionaries!🤦♀️ So I led out the meeting and Sis J and I gave each other the updates ahah!!

We had two friends come to church, so miracles! This one lady and her husband came, and we haven't taught them anything because the appointments canceled. So she asked if she could just come to church, but it was the 5th Sunday, and they were talking about temples and we were shakin' in our boots because they don't know anything about temples. But the guy behind us was about to go up and talk, and he whispered to us, "How much do they know?" and we were like nothing haha! So he want up there and started to explain what ordinances and covenants were without making them feel like he's only talking to them! Literally a blessing! We gave them a Book of Mormon while they were heading out, so pray for them to find truth!🙏🙌
Ok I wanted to end with a spiritual thought and since Christmas is next weekend (general conference) I wanted to talk a bit about general conference! Now what is general conference? Well it is the worldwide gathering of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Twice a year, during the first weekend of April and the first weekend of October, Church leaders from around the world share messages, or sermons, focused on Jesus Christ and His gospel. But what I love about general conference is that it answers questions of the soul. So if you think this weekend you wanna go to the beach, or hang by the pool, there's a way more fun activity to do! Cause listening to general conference brings peace, hope, and joy through Jesus Christ. We can also receive personal guidance and inspiration from God. Ok sorry, that's my rant about conference, but this year I want to extend the invite to write down any questions comments or concerns y'all have, and during conference listen and find the answers! I'm not promising you that you will have all your deepest darkest questions answered, but I can promise you peace! 🫳🎤
