The birthday was literally fire!! Well last transfer I told the district that whoever stays next transfers needs to throw me a surprise party and I honestly thought they wouldn't ,but we went to Canes for lunch, which was fire, they then they told me and my comp to go to Target real quick so ofc I did. 💁♀️ We then went to the church and they literally set it up like a party, hahaha it was awesome!!
So we had some cake and we didn't have candles so we had go play pretend real quick!! But it was blast!! Love this district!!

We played mission mafia which they all hate to play, but I love it so I made them play😁. It was fun!! We then did some v-ball and we have a visa waiter in our district who's waiting to head to Brazil and he's from Albania!! Like the country, next to Greece, which is insane. But he's hilarious and he's trynna learn Portuguese and then out of no where he just starts speaking Albanian. And no it's not Albanish, which I totally thought it was!🤦♀️
ON TUESDAY IT WAS NOV 12!!!! Which means that 20 years ago an angel from heaven was born with her twin. No one knew that 20 years ago that world got better.. the sun brighter, and the air sweeter, because of this beautiful baby girl, and ig her sister too, were born. Enough about me, hahaha but truly I was spoiled on my b-day.

I'm so grateful for the Cottonwood Creek ward and how amazing they are to their amazing sister missionaries!! We got to visit a lot of member homes and it was just so sweet 🥹 how they all cared!!! It made being away from home a little less hard! We had dinner with the Crow family that night, and it was literally so fire!! They made hamburgers which is my fav food!! 😋 They have 5 girls!! Two fraternal twins (Sienna and Ella) - so I am probably an amazing example to them to serve a mission with your twin at the same time 💁♀️🙌👑 jk!! Then they have an 10 year-old and 8 year-old (Kaylyn and Jasmyn) and then 5 year-old (Chloe)!!
Jasmyn, who's 8, set up a scavenger hunt for me which was literally so cute!! Her mom told me how it is a tradition for them for birthdays and how Jasmyn did it all by her self to leave clues with riddles haha!! So I was given the first "riddle" which I read out loud that said "go to the TV" then her mom said we'll I guess she didn't make them hard riddles ahha!! But trust me they were hard because Jasmyn isn't the best speller (reminds me of someone from home 😘😉). So one said "go to the Frixj" which took me and sec and then I realized it said "Fridge" ahha!! Then "go to uven" which is oven haha, and then the last one said "go to the cowch" which opened my eyes to wondering why couch isn't spelled like that cause it totally makes more sense that way ahah!! I then found these two small cute presents and they all stood around me to watch me open them!! They also all each made me a card!! 🥹 Definitely made a mission birthday be the best day ever!! A birthday I'll never forget!!

We had a day that was literally packed with lessons and it started off very well!!
Every lesson was just so spiritual and sooo amazing!! Then at our very last lesson of the day I point to my tag to show that my name is Sister Kimball, cause I was joking that president Spencer W. Kimball is my great grandpa lol, and MY TAG WAS NOT THERE!! Like, we were literally with a non member too and she pointed it out. So we then retraced all our steps and texted all the people we saw. And a lady we visited told me how I wasn't even wearing it when I walked in. I guess all the people we saw that day saw that I didn't have it on but didn't say anything ahahha!! Like what!!?? But y'all power of prayer is real cause I found it the next day in the car where I already checked. Literally crazy!!
We went on exchanges the other day and y'all I was in the YSA (Young Single Adult) area for a day hahaha. It was pretty fun but ngl I love family wards lol!! We went street contacting at the mall and we were walking down this sketchy part of the mall and Santa walks out lol. Like I'm dead serious, it was literally Santa. So I made a joke about if he'd just come from the North Pole lol, and he said no, he was actually feeding the reindeer on the roof. I took this opportunity to introduce the Book of Mormon to him, cause you know he loves gifts, and this is the best one ever. And y'all Santa ain't so jolly after that lol. He let us know he was not interested, still so funny to me lol. He then went and let kids sit on his lap in mid November... nice.
Now for the spiritual knowledge!! I was listening to a BYU speech this past week and it's called Loaves and Fishes!! The guy who's speaking is actually the guy who created the chosen so that's cool!! But he was talking about how in John 6 Jesus wasn't even surprised that the people are hungry but he knew and how he already had a plan. "There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many?"
Andrew, Simon Peter's brother was doubting and we all do this. We don't think what we have is enough. "It’s not your job to feed the 5,000. It’s only to provide the loaves and fishes." He will meet us half way, I know this for sure and I have seen this!! We don't have to feed the 5,000 we just have to give our all!!
