Wass up y'all!! It's ya girl Lexi Kimball serving a mish for the Lord!! Ok let's talked about how BYU is 9-0, that's cray cray!! But I knew it cause I had faith!! 

Transfer news: I bwt y'all are all dying rn, on the edge of y'alls seats!! Well, drum roll please.........🥁🥁🥁 I'm staying in Cottonwood Creek for a 4th Transfer which means I have officially been in this area for half my mission so far, and I don't think I can leave ever hahaha!! RIP, MY BESTIE SIS J, got shipped down to the valley where them cows are!! I miss her!!! 😭😭 We will run it up soon and do a little duet!! 🎹🎤 

I'll be training 💁‍♀️ 🤓☝️ and it's gonna be lit!!

Ok just wanted to write a little paragraph for my ex comp Sister Johnson!! Man this girl is a stellar missionary like top notch!! I have learned so much from her, she is determined and secretly funny! We had some good times! I'll include a list!! 

- old man singing happy birthday to her on the phone 

- her taking care of me when I was dying of poison ivy

- us hating how the other one drives

- her water bottle CONSTANTLY spilling everywhere!

- her trying to talk to Diane but no matter high loud she goes, Diane could never hear her haha!!

-  the height difference 💀

- us filming a fire music video! 

- us both having a dream that one of us gets shot!

- receiving revelation of the lyrics to a song at night! 

- me dying at night, and Sis J not wanting to wake up so she just says a prayer for me so she could go back to sleep!

There's so much more but I love Sister Johnson and I can't wait to babysit your 15 kids 🤣💀

So a winter storm came to Colorado on transfer day, so transfers got postponed to the afternoon. So I got a few more hours with Sis J! At noon I dropped her off and I could see a tear as she walked away! I then picked up my temporary comp for the day and Y'ALL IT WAS SISTER SIMMONS!! 😱 So me and Sis Simmons ran it up for a day!!  And it was literally a blast!! Love that girl! Can't wait to room fall 2025🤙

I got to meet the trainees and one of them knows my cousin so that's dope!! But I got assigned with Sister Peck!! Who's from Coalville  Utah which is definitely a made up place cause no one has heard of it lol!! Her first two days we literally were parked which is not it!! Literally a snow storm came to Colorado and man I was going crazy being cooped up all day. So I made Sis Peck bundle up and walk to some members house close by. But let me tell you that this was my living heck first of all. I ate it like 10 times and I swear I heard people laughing at me. I'm just not a fan of the snow. We knocked on this one members door after walking an hour and she asked if we wanted a ride home. Hallelujah!!

We finally got unpacked on Saturday and we got to have district council, and I think I realized I'm a social person cause I missed human interaction. God bless for letting us see the sun after 3 days. 

Not much else to report on. The whole ward came up to me cause they wished me a Happy Birthday so that was awesome. I love Cottonwood Creek ward with all my heart!! I was at a members house yesterday for some pie and they have this tradition of wishing one wish for the birthday girl. And man were they funny. Aaron, the 13 year-old, and I don't get along hahah and he literally wished for me to have an area that forces me to only eat vegetables. 💀 I'm dead. 

Went to mission prep last night and Keegan, a friend who's been taking the lessons with the elders in sunset Mesa ward, went so I talked to him and he invited me to his baptism😎. Man, I have major respect for Keegan his parents are both not big fans of the church at all, so he has to wait until he turns 18 in December to be baptized. And then has to wait a whole year to serve a mish but he is just so pumped and optimistic! He just loves the gospel and this is why serving a mission is worth it. I'm not even teaching Keegan, but seeing Keegan just love the gospel is so sick!!

So the whole district switched up and I'll give y'all a littler run down! Sister Lewis is still here with her new comp Sis Leseuer.  Our DL is the same with his new comp Elder Juba, and then me and Sis Peck and this is the best part Elder Slack and Elder Goff are together. If you put their names together they literally sound like Slack off🤣🤣

I wanted to share a spiritual thought from my studies this week!! Jacob 5 is literally amazing!!

The Lord asked three times, “What could I have done more for my vineyard?” (Jacob 5:41, 47, 49). And even in Jacob 5:41 the Lord weeps for the tree! After digging and dunging, trimming, pruning, and grafting, the great Lord of the vineyard throws down his spade and weeps, crying out to any who would listen, ‘What could I have done more for my vineyard?’ “What an incredible image of God’s engagement in our lives! What heartaches in a parent when His children do not choose Him nor ‘the gospel of God’ He sent!! All of the the words in Jacob 5 of digging and pruning just show how much the Lord cares for us and how much he wants to save us.
